Ingredients
4 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of Batey Pure Cane sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
½ teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon oil, vegetable or canola
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
Preparation
In a 12-ounce (375 ml) mug or larger, mix all ingredients (except the chocolate chips
Once combined, spread half the spoon of the chocolate chips on top.
Microwave on high for to 2 minutes.
Let cool one minute before eating. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips.
