Mug Cake


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of flour

  • 3 tablespoons of Batey Pure Cane sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder

  • 3 tablespoons of milk

  • 1 tablespoon oil, vegetable or canola

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips







Preparation

  1. In a 12-ounce (375 ml) mug or larger, mix all ingredients (except the chocolate chips

  2. Once combined, spread half the spoon of the chocolate chips on top.

  3. Microwave on high for to 2 minutes.

  4. Let cool one minute before eating. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips.

  5. Enjoy!
