3 big apples
2 Tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar
2 Tablespoon of greek yogurt
3 Tablespoons of Oat Flour
2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of butter
Peal and cut 2 apples and place them on the blender with 1 tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar, the eggs, greek yogurt, oat flour and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, blend until smooth.
Place the mix on ovens cups and bake for 40 minutes at 350F.
For the topping: peal and cut it in cubes the remaining apple.
Heat a pan on medium and add the butter, apple cubes, 1 tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Pour the topping on the baked cakes.
