Ingredients
180gr Greek yogurt
150gr Self raising Flour
30gr unsalted butter, melted
3 Tablespoons of Batey turbinado sugar
1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
6 Tablespoons of icing sugar
4Teaspoons of milk
Preparation
Mix the Flour and greek yogurt to make the dough
Flour the surface and rolling pin and roll the dough
Mix the butter, Batey turbinado sugar and cinnamon and spread it over the dough.
Cut it into small pieces and roll into balls.
Place in the over at 300 F° for 10 minutes.
On a bowl mix the icing sugar and milk until combined.
Coat the warm bites on the mix of icing sugar.
