Teriyaki Sauce


  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce

  • 1/8 cup of water

  • 1/8 cup of rice vinegar or white wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons BATEY turbinado sugar

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


1. Place all the ingredients in the blender glass and crush until they are completely integrated. 2. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sauce reduces to almost half stirring frequently.
