2 red bell peppers
1/5 cups Batey Turbinado Sugar
2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
1 lemon juice
a pinch of salt
Wash the red bell peppers. Remove the seeds and finely chop them.
In a large pot, combine the chopped red bell peppers, Batey turbinado sugar, vinegar, , lemon juice, and salt.
Stir the mixture well and place the pot over medium-high heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring frequently.
Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer. Continue to cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are soft and the mixture thickens. This can take about 30 to 40 minutes.
Let it cool and Enjoy!!
Save the Jam on a glass Jar in the fridge.
