Strawberry Jam


  • 2 Cups of strawberries

  • 3/4 cup of Batey Turbinado Sugar

  • 2 Tablespoons of lime juice


1.Wash the strawberries very well, remove the stem and split them into 4. If they are very large split them into 8.

2.In a saucepan over medium heat put the strawberries, lemon juice and Batey turbinado sugar.

3. Bring to a boil and continue moving until the sugar has melted. Keep to a boil for 30 more minutes.

4. Let it cool and serve.

5. Reserve the remaining on a glass container up to two weeks in the fridge.
