Pumpkin pie


✨ Ingredients:


For the Crust

300gr Flour

150gr Batey pure cane sugar

150gr butter

2 eggs

pinc of salt




Filling:

2 cups pumkin puree

1/2 cup Batey pure cane sugar

1/4 cup Batey turbinado sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp ground cloves

2 eggs

1 1/2 evaporated milk


✨ Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix all the ingredients on a bowl until dough forms. Roll out and press into a pie dish.

3. In a bowl, mix turbinado sugar, pumpkin, eggs, spices, and evaporated milk until smooth.

4. Pour into crust.

5. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the filling is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing
