Microwave chocolate chip cookie






Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 Tablespoon of Batey pure cane sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon of Batey Turbinado sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1 Large egg yolk

  • 1/4 of Flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 Tablespoon chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the melted butter, Batey pure cane sugar, Batey turbinado sugar and vanilla.

  2. Add the eg yolk and mix.

  3. Add the salt, Flour and chocolate chips and mix them together.

  4. Put in the microwave for 60 seconds.

  5. ENJOY!
