Healthy brownies

Rich, fudgy, and made with wholesome ingredients 🍫✨ These healthier brownies use oat flour and Batey Turbinado Sugar for a naturally warm sweetness and soft texture. Perfect for when you want a comforting dessert with a lighter twist.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Batey Turbinado Sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and greek yogurt.
Add Batey turbinado sugar, oat flour, cocoa powder Mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the center is just set.
Let cool before slicing for the best fudgy texture.
