Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Soft, fluffy, and filled with melty chocolate chips š§āØ These Chocolate Chip Cupcakes made with Batey Turbinado Sugar have a rich, warm sweetness with subtle caramel notes that make every bite extra special. Perfect for birthdays, gatherings, or an everyday sweet treat.
Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup Batey Turbinado Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter, milk and Batey Turbinado Sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one and greek yogurt then mix in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting or serving.
