🍮 Microwave Caramel Flan

Smooth, creamy, and perfectly sweet, this Microwave Caramel Flan is a quick twist on a classic dessert. Made with Batey Turbinado Sugar, the caramel develops a deeper, richer flavor with subtle golden notes that elevate every bite.
Ingredients
Caramel
2 tablespoon Batey pure cane sugar
1 tablespoon water
Flan
2 tablepoon milk
2 large eggs
2 tablepoon cup Batey Turbinado Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mold or ramekin, combine Batey pure cane Sugar and water.
Microwave for 1–2 minutes, watching closely, until it turns into a golden caramel.
Carefully swirl to coat the bottom of the mold. Let it set.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Batey Turbinado Sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Strain the mixture (optional) for an extra silky texture.
Pour over the set caramel.
Microwave on medium power for 2–3 minutes, checking every minute
The flan should be set but slightly jiggly in the center.
Let cool to room temperature, and invert onto a plate.
