Cinnamon Rolls

Warm, fluffy, and filled with rich cinnamon goodness ✨ These homemade cinnamon rolls are made extra special with a filling of Batey Turbinado Sugar, adding a deep, golden sweetness with subtle caramel notes in every swirl.
Ingredients:
Dough:
• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup Batey pure cane sugar
• 1 tsp yeast
• ¾ cup warm milk
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
Filling:
• ½ cup Batey Turbinado Sugar
• 2 tbsp butter, softened
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 2 tablespoon soften butter
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1/4 cup batey pure cane sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add butter, egg, and flour, and the remining Batey pure cane sugar and knead until soft. Let the dough rise until doubled.
Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and Batey Turbinado Sugar. Roll tightly and slice.
Place in a baking dish, let rise again, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
