
Ingredients
Pancake mix
Cinnamon swirl:
30gr unsalted butter, melted & cooled
40gr Batey turbinado sugar
2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
Cream cheese icing:
30gr cream cheese
30gr unsalted butter
40gr confectioners sugar
Preparation
On a bowl mix the unsalted butter, Batey turbinado sugar and cinnamon until combined.
Pour the pancake mix on a pan and swirl the cinnamon mix on top.
For the icing, mix all the ingredients on a bowl and when the pancakes are done pour the icing on top.
