Cinnamon Roll Pancakes



Ingredients

  • Pancake mix

Cinnamon swirl:

  • 30gr unsalted butter, melted & cooled

  • 40gr Batey turbinado sugar

  • 2 Teaspoons of cinnamon

Cream cheese icing:

  • 30gr cream cheese

  • 30gr unsalted butter

  • 40gr confectioners sugar





Preparation

  1. On a bowl mix the unsalted butter, Batey turbinado sugar and cinnamon until combined.

  2. Pour the pancake mix on a pan and swirl the cinnamon mix on top.

  3. For the icing, mix all the ingredients on a bowl and when the pancakes are done pour the icing on top.

  4. Enjoy!!
