Blueberry Jam


  • 2 Cups of Blueberries

  • 1/2 Cup of Batey pure cane sugar

  • 1/4 tablespoon of lime juice


1. In a saucepan over medium heat add the blueberries, sugar and lime juice.

2. leave it for about 20 minutes stirring constantly.

3. Let it cool and serve.

4. Reserve the remaining on a glass container up to two weeks in the fridge.
