Venezuelan quesillo


Ingredients

  • 4 Egg Yolks

  • 1 cup of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 5 tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar

  • 1 shot of rum

PREPARATION

  1. On a Aluminium mould add the sugar and put it on medium heat until the sugar melts.

  2. On a blender add the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla,milk and rum.

  3. Add the mix on the blender to the mould and close the lid.

  4. On a Pot put water to cover 3/4 of the mould, add the lid to the pot and let it boil for 40 minutes.

  5. Take the mould out of the water and let it cool.

  6. Open the mould and place a dish on top of it and turn it over

  7. Enjoy
