Tiramisu French Toast


  • 2 Bread slices

  • 1/2 Tablespoons of Batey Turbinado Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa powder

  • a Pinch of Vanilla

  • 1/3 Cup of milk

  • 2 Tablespoons of Coffee

  • 2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt


  1. On a Bowl mix the Egg, cocoa, 1 Tablespoon of Batey turbinado sugar, some Vanilla, the milk and 1 Tablespoon of Coffee.

  2. Soak the bread slices on the mix and cook them on a Pan 1 minute per side.

  3. For the filling, mix the greek yogurt, 1 table spoon of Batey turbinado sugar, 1 tablespoon of coffee and a pinch of vanilla.

  4. On a put a slice of bread then the yogurt mixture, another slice of bread, more yogurt mix and decorate with some cocoa powder.

  5. Enjoy!!
