Ingredients
4 ounces frozen strawberries
1/4 cup Batey pure cane sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup lime juice
3/4 cup rum
1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored Soda
6 cups ice
2 table spoons of Batey turbinado sugar
Preparation
1. Pour the frozen strawberries in a blender; add sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice,
add in the rum and lemon-lime soda, then add the ice. Blend until smooth.
2.Spread 2 tablespoons of sugar in a thin layer onto a small plate.
3. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
4.Dip the glass rim in sugar to coat.
5. Pour the blended mix into the glass and enjoy.
