💗 Pink Velvet Cookies

Soft, vibrant, and lightly sweet with a hint of caramel from Batey Turbinado Sugar—these pink velvet cookies are as delicious as they are beautiful.
📝 Ingredients
For the cookies:
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup Batey Turbinado Sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Pink food coloring (gel preferred)
For the cream cheese frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, cream butter and Batey Turbinado Sugar until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Mix in egg, vanilla, and pink food coloring until you reach a soft pink color.
5️⃣ Gradually add dry ingredients to form a soft dough, add the chocolate chips
6️⃣ Scoop dough balls onto the baking sheet.
7️⃣ Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers stay soft. Cool completely.
🎂 Frosting
Beat cream cheese with the powdered sugar; mix until fluffy.
Spread or pipe frosting onto cooled cookies.
