1 cup of rum
1/2 cup of diced pineapple
2 cups soda
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons of BATEY premium pure cane sugar
Add the pineapple and Batey turbinado sugar on a glass.
Muddle with a fork, spoon or cocktail muddler until the blackberries become juicy.
Add the lime juice, mint leaves and muddle again.
Add the rum, ice and soda and mix together.
Decorate the glass with mint leaves.
