Pineapple Mint Smash


  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 1/3 cup fresh mint

  • 2 tbsp of Batey Turbinado Sugar

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 4 oz tequila

  • 4 tbsp sparkling water

Lime salt

  • zest of 1 lime

  • 1/4 cup Batey premium pure cane sugar

  • 2 tbsp coarse salt


  1. Make the lime salt by combining lime zest, sugar, and coarse salt on a plate. Set aside.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, mix the lime, mint and sugar. Add the pineapple juice and tequila. Top with sparking water.

  3. Add ice and shake or stir until combined.

  4. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each cocktail glass, then dip in the lime salt.

  5. Strain beverage into cocktail glass and fill with crushed ice.

  6. Top with fresh mint.

  7. Enjoy!!!
