Pecan Pie



Ingredients:

For the Crust

  • 300gr Flour

  • 150gr Batey pure cane sugar

  • 150gr butter

  • 2 eggs

  • pinc of salt


Fillin

  • 200gr Pecan nuts

  • 4 eggs

  • 175g Maple syrup

  • 50g butter melted

  • 85gr Batey turbinado sugar





Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. For the crust, combine flour, pure cane sugar, butter, egg and salt until crumbly. Press into a tart pan.

3. In a bowl, mix Batey turbinado sugar, corn syrup, pecans, eggs and butter. Pour into the crust.

4. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
