Peach Cobbler






Ingredients


1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 1/2 cup oat flour

2 peaches cut in slices

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 cup Batey turbinado sugar

1 cup milk







Preparation

  1. Add the butter to a baking dish and melt it in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 f°

  2. Mix all the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, Batey turbinado sugar and milk until combined.

  3. Add the mix to the melted butter

  4. Top it with the peach slices

  5. Bake at 350F° for 30 minutes

  6. Let it cool and serve

  7. Top it with Vanilla Ice cream and Enjoy!
