Oat Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • ½ a cup of flour

  • ½ of Batey Turbinado sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 60 ml of oil

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • a pinch of salt

  • Optional ½ cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, you can use a mixer or do it manually.

  2. Pre heat the oven at 350 F°

  3. cover a tray with paraffin paper and form the cookies making small balls with your hands

  4. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Let them cool and ENJOY!
