Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
½ a cup of flour
½ of Batey Turbinado sugar
1 egg
60 ml of oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Optional ½ cup of chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, you can use a mixer or do it manually.
Pre heat the oven at 350 F°
cover a tray with paraffin paper and form the cookies making small balls with your hands
Bake for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool and ENJOY!
