1 cup of rum

  • 2 cups soda

  • 1/2 cup lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons of BATEY premium pure cane sugar

  • Fresh peppermint.


1. Pour two teaspoons of Batey turbinado sugar into a tall glass, preferably a little wider than the tube, to be able to stir the ice well

2. Then pour the lime juice, or squeeze half a chopped lime over the sugar with the help of the mortar.

3. Now, before adding the peppermint, we can add the soda or siphon. Then place a sprig of peppermint, stirring hard, but without crushing, to get its aroma.

4. Pour the rum, add the ice, the straw, a decorative sprig and enjoy.
