Ingredients
1/2 Lulo
1oz of Simple Syrup made with Batey turbinado sugar
1oz of White Rum
8 - 10 Mint leaves
1oz lime juice
ice
Preparation
Cut the lulo in pieces.
On a cocktail shaker add the lulo and mint leaves and muddle to extract the juices.
Add the simple syrup, the rum, lime juice and ice.
Shake for 10-15 second.
Strain the mix into a Glass.
Decorate with a Mint leaf.
