Grinch Cookies

✨ Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

½ cup Batey Turbinado Sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Green gel food coloring

Red heart sprinkles (Grinch style)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter, Batey Turbinado Sugar until light and creamy.

Add the egg and vanilla Mix until smooth.

Add green gel food coloring until you get that perfect Grinch-green tone.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Scoop balls of dough onto the baking tray, bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are set but centers look soft.

while hot gently press one red heart in the center of each cookie.

Let cool and enjoy cookies that will make any heart grow three sizes.
