4 slices of bread
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Batey Turbinado Sugar
Peal and cut the apple in dices.
Add some butter on a frying pan, when is melting add the apple, the Batey turbinado sugar and cinnamon.
Stir for 5 minutes until its caramelized.
Cut the edges of the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Add the filling, fold the bread and seal with egg.
Coat with egg and Bread crumbs.
Fried each side for 1 minute or until golden.
Pour some confectioners sugar to decorate.
