Dark Horse Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

• 1oz Mezcal

• 1 oz cointreau

• 1oz orange juice

• 1oz Simple syrup made with Batey turbinado sugar

• Activated charcoal

• Tajin for the rim

PREPARATION

1. Rim the glass with the Tajin.

2. On a cocktail shaker add the mezcal, cointreau, orange juice, simple syrup and activated charcoal.

3. Shake for 10 seconds

4. Add some Ice to the glass

5. Pour the mix on the glass

6. Enjoy!
