Chocolate Crepes



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Milk

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon of oil

  • 1/4 of Batey Turbinado sugar

Preparation

  1. In a Blender mix all the ingredients.

  2. Heat a Pan in medium and pour the mix, spread well until the bottom is completely cover.

  3. Wait two - three minutes and flip over, let it cook for half a minute.

  4. Stuff the crepe with Nutella and pour some glass sugar to decorate.

  5. ENJOY!
