Caramelized Apples








Ingredients


  • 200gr Batey Turbinado Sugar

  • 125 Ml Water

  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

  • Food red coloring

  • 2 Apples







PREPARATION

  1. On a pot on medium heat add the sugar and water

  2. once it starts to boild add the vinegar and red coloring.

  3. How to know when it's ready? Insert a wooden stick into the caramel and then dip it in cold water. If it crystallizes, it's ready.

  4. cover the Apples with the caramel.

  5. Let them cool on a parchment paper for 20 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
