
Ingredients
200gr Batey Turbinado Sugar
125 Ml Water
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Food red coloring
2 Apples
PREPARATION
On a pot on medium heat add the sugar and water
once it starts to boild add the vinegar and red coloring.
How to know when it's ready? Insert a wooden stick into the caramel and then dip it in cold water. If it crystallizes, it's ready.
cover the Apples with the caramel.
Let them cool on a parchment paper for 20 minutes
