Ingredients
1/2 cup of cachaça, a distillate from Brazil from fermented sugarcane juice
2 teaspoons of BATEY premium pure cane sugar
2 limes
Crushed ice
Preparation
1. Cut the lime into pieces, and add it to the glass, sprinkle the two teaspoons of sugar, add the cachaça and crush the lime with a mortar against the bottom of the glass.
2. Add ice.
3. Decorate with a slice of lime
